New Era

Jawbone made a name for itself with its groundbreaking Bluetooth headsets. The New Era headset and charging case continues that tradition by packing even better performance into a smaller package and extending battery life. Early in the project we developed dozens of different layouts to optimize how tightly we could package the required components while providing the best ID form factor and maintaining the critical aspects of the patented noise cancelling technology. Alloy worked closely with Jawbone’s ID group to faithfully execute their vision while also working with the factory to greatly improve manufacturability.
