Catherine joined Alloy after experiencing Electrical Design and Engineering work in embedded systems, high-end audio and robotics. Her senior project at Cal Poly developed an electronic training tool for pruning wine grape vines. She has been curious about how things work since a young age, and got her start in electronics repairing retro game systems during high school. Catherine is interested in the intersection of biology and technology, and dreams of running a fully automated farm in the future. In her free time, Catherine enjoys working in her garden, engineering her house to accommodate her blind kitten, and crafting.
