We are seeking an administrative professional to join our team and support our vision of “dramatically superior engineering services.” We will look to you to wear many hats and to take proactive ownership over a variety of projects. Guided by the Alloy Values, you will be the face of Alloy as you work to support and maintain the most capable, efficient, and happy team possible.
As an Administrative Assistant at Alloy, you will:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, including clients, vendors, candidates
o Manage our front office, including shipping / receiving
o Answer our main phone line, route calls / take messages as needed
o Track resource scheduling for a busy office
o Handle all purchasing of project- and office-related supplies
o Arrange and order lunch for weekly meetings
o Keep public office spaces organized, including emptying dishwasher and tidying conference rooms
o Stock snacks & other consumables for daily meetings, weekly happy hours, and occasional open houses
o Set up and break down conference rooms for client meetings
o Run errands as requested
o Work alongside Office Manager to maintain a pleasant working environment

o Fluency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office suite
o Punctuality is a must!
Bonus skills include:
o Prior experience in a consultancy
o Experience or expertise in one or more of the following areas: photography, website updates, social media for an organization or company, and/or managing candidate pipelines
o Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress
